Museum of the Second World War

In Poland, you can find many traces of difficult times in the history of our country. These types of traces most often lead us to museums, and one of them is the Museum of the Second World War in Gdańsk, which was opened in 2017.
This is probably where one of the largest museums in the world dedicated to World War II is located. The exhibition covers almost 5,000 m2, with almost 260 multimedia stands with 3,000 exhibits.
The museum's exhibitions are divided into 18 rooms and 3 blocks called "The Road to War", "The Threat of War", "The Long Shadow of War".
This is where we will see many archival photos, witness accounts, and films about the tragic events of World War II that took place in Poland.
Thanks to all these interactive exhibitions and multimedia projections, visitors are transported to extremely difficult and brutal times and have the opportunity to feel the thrill of the fight for freedom.
